Rates

To rent the entire Villa is:

$275.00/night for 3 persons
$200.00/night for double occupancy
$150.00/night for single occupancy

The Villa comfortably accommodates 3 people.
Please call to discuss your special needs.
All rates are subject to local & state hotel tax.

Policies

• Check in from 3:00pm
   

• Check out by 12:00 noon  
   

• Payment accepted by Master Card, Visa,
  Discover, American Express.
   

• A deposit of 1 nights' stay or 50% of entire reservation (whichever is greater) is required at time of reservation.
   

• Deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to reservation date.
   

• Gift certificates are available.
   

• Smoking is permitted in the courtyard.
   

• No pets please.
   

• No children under 12, please.
